    I have been doing tension benches and squats meaning i go down only 3/4 of the way and go 1/4 the way up. (and do not lock out) and i must say i love it !!! i get a much better pump because when i lock out i give my muscles time to rest and that is not good, with this i keep a full stressload on...

    I think each bodypart x1 a week sucks

    The old school guys like arny, haney, columbo have all said that a muscle begins to weaken after 120 hours (5 days)...... I tend to agree so I try to hit my big body parts along those diameters. Nuff Said

    if your ankle bone is thin, you can't increase your bone density..... genetics my friend. But be thankful for thin ankles because when you calves and thighs get huge they will look even bigger with thin ankles
