Just finished a 16 week cycle of Deca 100mg and Sus 250mg ( Was 8 weeks on, 3 week off, 8 weeks on again). Got some very good gains from this cycle and i dont want to lose to much of my gains. What can i use post cycle that will help me retain most of my gains?

I just finished a 16 week Deca 100mg / Sus 250mg. Took a shot every 4 days. It took about 8 weeks to work proparly. Was more then enough for me. Gained 24lbs. Probably gonna lose alot of it now. But is is a good beginers cycle. Next cycle is a 10 week Deca 300mg/ Sus 250mg.
