    I hear ya!! I had an issue with an order I received and can't get a response from them after they replied to me saying they were going to resend the order again. I just used them here recently ( being a past Great White Pep customer ).

    Their website isn't up again. Seems they have some major server issues or something. I've sent 2 EM's, 2 PM's and still not a word. All I hear are crickets.

    Yep, noticed the same thing today. Just received an order from then yesterday. There site was down for a bit but is back up and running.
