    hey guys, just thought id get some opinions! A friend of a friend has gone on a bodybuilding phaze, diet consists of mcdonalds at least once a day, ordinary workouts and just poor living in general. The problem is, he is taking 1000mgs p/w of test e, no adex, no pct planned, Ive been trying...

    squating&deads, same day?

    hey guys, just wondering if anyone squats and deads on the same day? Ive read a few post on guys who do! if so, what are the pros or cons of doing this? and would you change up your sets&reps compared if you S&D'ing by themselves. Interested to know, cheers:chomp:
