Self employed Carpet Cleaner who wishes to get into better shape. I'm 48 years old married with 2 kids. Because I'm not as young as I used to be I want to get into better shape so I can keep running my business and cleaning carpet for as long as possible. I really like what I do but since I started my business about 7 years ago I stopped working out and am not in the shape I used to be. I'm here to change that.
