You courier to them (can send express, contact Jano and they guide you) and their turn around time is a number of days. Eg...

    He started the thread in February. Other vendors often have their Jano testing turnaround in under a fortnight. He just doesn’t seem to care. It’s his loss though, as I’m sure business would’ve been a lot busier if he had sorted it months ago.
