I'm looking to do equipoise and winstrol for 12 weeks. I was thinking of starting with the equipoise at 400mg a week and then starting with the winstrol at 10mg a day. After about 4 weeks, increase it to 25mg, and then increase it the last 4 weeks to 50mg. I would like to get some quality muscle...
