I was doing clean and jerks and felt something pop in my back. I think I may have done something in there. It is sore and hurts. I want to know how I can stack bpc157 and tb500. I did some reading and seems like people say to do 100mcg of bpc per day and then do 2mgs a day of tb500. Is this true?
