Would you say fruits are that important? I just see tons of sugar!? Is it worth actually avoiding ? I can get my fibre from supps and avoid the sugar altogether right ? Or am I missing something ?

im on 350 ace per week and holy fuck I can barely catch my breath in between sets. I was in good cardio shape before starting tren. I was doing Hiitt 40 mins 5 times a week
I have been lifting for a while.... Unfortunately recently hurt myself doing a simple workout and I am having an issue recovering. What do you think is the best way to recover ? Take time off completely or actively warm up???
I find its very important to work on breathing and meditation as it helps lower heart rate and helps focus the mind. Do you think being on AAS would make that process harder???
