Today’s session being an am - also stuffed up here and didn’t put enough fuel in my body. My numbers have suffered greatly from just last weeks midday workout.

💯 just going to be a other tough week. I will be over half the state so will prob do workouts in the morning again and get on the road.
With new role I can do some hours on the laptop at night. So training maybe easier end of workday or start.

Got a promotion at work and the initial work load this week has been insane. Haven’t made a workout for couple days and it’s mentally killing me. This weekend might be a write off with that’s going on aswell. Lord give me strength to make it until my next workout session.
