Thanks brother! I am thinking of going back to 160mg tbh. I been running 300mg for about 2-3 weeks.. but my doc wants to lower me back to 160 and re-do bloodwork in 4 weeks... ugh... so I think im gonna go back to 160.. just so she doesnt mess with my dosage lol.

Goal is to walk around at 160-165 and just be lean with some hard muscle mass. Mainly for BJJ weight class.
