I pinned everywhere. Glutes, quads, triceps, biceps, delts. Whatever body part I was gunna workout I pinned. It took care of the PIP. PIP won't last that long either. Warming it up helps a lot as well. It helps it absorb into the muscle. PIP comes from the oil crystallizing in the muscle.
Dbol will bloat you but would be a good choice. I just finished a 10week Test Prop/Acetate cycle the pinning got old but results were fantastic. My last two weeks I went E3D my levels were consistent so it didn't effect me. Gains kept coming in. Add nolvadex and you'll be fine.
