forgot to mention, when injecting,dont apply too much pressure on plunger,take your time to push it through, even if it takes 2 min, just take your time,it helps alot

what helps me is: after injection,massage the spot for a few minutes, straight after,have a shower and massage spot with warm water and soap,and when you go to bed put a hot water bottle on it, it sure helped me with my painful quad injections, now i never get pain,

supplements all come from food champ, look at glutamine,thats in all protein powders,so why buy glutamine for?

geez yous are fucking whinging cunts,yous have it so easy where yous are. us here in australia struggle to get 10ml vials of homebrew and we pay $250+ for a frigging 10ml vial, $1000 for a decent cycle. and yous think that a 10% or 20% rise on your gear is steep?lol
