  • Ok so here it goes..no bs..Im just finishing up a 3yr bid and Im at work release. I mention this so you know its not easy to get my hands on some stuff. I am now 40 years old,225 lbs, prob 18% BF. Until about 3 months ago I had no access to weights just push ups,dips and pullups. I put on over 35 lbs in 3 years. Too many carbs and poor nutrition led to way too much fat around the middle and love handles..Otherwise I have a decent build. Now I eat about 2000 good calories a day. Chicken,fish, peanut butter,salad and beans. I work out 6x a week in the morning.Back/bis,shoulders/abs and chest/tris each 2x a week with Sunday off. I do legs only 1x a week since I have to ride my bike over 5 miles each way to and from work.ANYWAY I did research best I could and purchased Sustanon(hoping it would cause less bloat than Test E or C) and Tren A to lose fat and harden up. I ve been reading go slow with Tren A.40-50 mgs EOD..The sust 150-200 mgs 2x a week. PCT I have Clomid and Im looking to get Forma-stanzol that I keep hearing about. Listen I dont want to be pig headed and I REALLY appreciate your help, But I am going to do it so please help me do it as close to the right way as possible. I have been seeing guys my whole life eating anadrol and Dbol while shooting Winny and eating freaking fast food and looking awesome. So please know that I realize this is no joking matter and I plan to do it EXACTLY as you might suggest. I realize this was a SUPER long message but I wanted to give you as much info to digest while helping me form my plan. I THANK YOU bro!!
