Dead lift 40kg 10x3
Front kettle bell raises 12kg 10x3
Cooled down with a 1km walk

Yeah bro adding Reta back to the cycle, SCS Reta really helped me control my hungry and drop 2 or 3 kilos which my mid area has gained.
My food is stay consistent bro aim for average of 2500cal each day. Do need to add a protein shake in here and there just need to find another I like.
