    Day 4 (Running 75mg Var/ 20mg Dbol Daily) Feeling some good workout aggression. The weights are feeling lighter and easier, still nothing major happening yet. No pumps or sides but no real gains except for workout quality.

    Thanks for the info dude, much appreciated! I agree about the d-bol so I have got taurine prepared just incase and if I am seriously impaired to do my track work then I will lower the dosage or possibly switch track sessions. I will keep this log updated about strength and athletic gains.

    I have read winstrol could have potential implications of joints and tendons, something I would look to avoid. So would it be preferable to run a anavar only cycle at around 60mg ed for 3 weeks and perhaps increase to 80mg ed for another 3 weeks? Or would 60mg ed for the whole cycle be sufficient?

    This is exactly what I am looking for! Bearing in mind this is my first cycle so I imagine I would be very responsive anyway. So for my first cycle would it not make sense to do a anavar or winstrol only cycle? I suggest Anavar as the sides are low and would be easier to control than others...

    I'm a sprinter at the moment, so mass gain for me is a real no no! Which is why I am wary of the dbol. It is my first cycle so wouldn't mind a milder AAS to see how my body is going to react.
