Thanks Oneadayfreak and Silent_revolver I agree and will drop down to below 15 before I start and will incorporate cardio twice a day early morning and afternoon once I finish lifting.
Wow I didn't know this forum is all about pushing your products. I know I have a few extra bf% then the recommended amount and it's not like I'm 25% bf but seriously I know I can drop at least a few % with the right guidance and most importantly diet.
