1 gram of potassium every day? I don't know about that except too much potassium can kill you (heart attack etc). I would not supplement with potassium outside of real food but I don't know what you're thinking.

In case I missed it, get Blood work before! In fact get it done the morning of/ just hours before your first pin. Monitor bloods after ~3 & 6 weeks. You'll know if it's moving up steadily.

250 is plenty first time. That's 2X natural. IME the body is flooded just fine as it adapts. Maybe add dbol on train days with AI EOD. Nova recovery + test boost. Next time maybe try more. It's overwhelming first time @ 250 IMO

Blood work. Take the minimum with AI &pct on hand. Also any use under 35 is detrimental some say, but I'm over that. IMO 250 test/week plenty to learn how the body responds. Rest will be waste +sides

You should be fine. That 1ml is gone. Take DIM maybe if you have mood swings associated with periods. Might try ginseng AM and holy basil PM to stabilize your stress. GABA + tryptophan can normalize neurotransmitters.. Just get healthy and the rest won't matter. No more anabolics.
