Every day is getting a little better but in 12 weeks I'm still questioning how much ground I can make and if it will be enough on my own going in natural
@caligirl thank you! I will def let her know if I do decide to cycle them. I'm still on the fence. I just don't want to wait to long to decide and then be so close to show date that if I feel I need it it will be to late to make much of a difference and I go in too soft. 😕
@caligirl85 my macros on regular days are 140c/150p/47f and refeed days are 240/135/55.
