For muscle gains, do I really need to eat 5-6 meals a day with 2-3 hours between each meal? Or will just eating a lot of food do the job?
I love eating but I dont like planning my meals and saving food for times I do not feel like eating.
I noticed about a week after starting my first use of HGH (3.33 IU/daily) I started to have pain in my joints, especially my knees, elbows and ankles. It only gets uncomfortable when lifting and not when just doing normal activities.

Quick question bro's. If taking Test E and EQ should the ratio be higher on the Test side the same way it should be with Deca in order to prevent some sides. ie 500mg of Test E and 400mg of Deca????
