When you see these guys and gals on stage you notice muscles on them that you didn’t think existed. Being someone with 10 plus years of lifting I still cant comprehend how they do it. Am I missing exercises to really get the middle of my jack ripped. ???
Has anyone tried microdosing testosterone to avoid shutdown of Natural production. A buddy of mine swears that microdosing test at 10mg per day is the way to go, because your body will continue to crank out its own test and utilize the test you're giving it. Would this be a good option for women ?
