    Your starving yourself from 2:45 to 7:30... you need a preworkout meal in there. I wouldn't have the energy to workout without something 30 mins prior to workout. You also need a meal 1 hr after PWO shake, complex carbs and high protein, no fat, just push your bedtime meal back 30 mins.

    ^^... you gotta be careful when running T3 becasue it will burn muscle fast. I would only use it when absolutely necessary (ex. before a show). If not, stick with clen, ecy stack, and a good diet with cardio.
