What is better to raise testoserone?? Clomid or Nolvadex?? I've always known it was Clomid but now I hear that Nolvadex might be better?

I just bought liquifen (Arimidex) and liquifen (tamoxifen) from them. How do I take this? Some people have told that I could place in water and then drink it. Others have said to put in a juice. And others have told me that I can just drink it straight. Which is the right way???? BTW...anybody...
