Well I know when I take D-bol and do cardio I get major calf cramps and shin pains. but that is just me.

I use Bromo when I take Anadrol or Tren. Bromo is supposed to help stop prog, but I am not sure how well it works since I haven't had gyno, I would think it is working.

I wouldn't go more than 2cc in my delts, but it depends on how big you are. Some use 3cc and some use 2cc. But I also don't use more than 2cc on any muscle group. Just my personal preference.

Well I run liquidex and nolv at the same time, just in case. Its something I don't want to take a chance on and I am not worried about it hurting my gains, because if it does it will only be a little bit and its worth that for me. And once you get gyno the only way to get rid of it for sure is...
