I will be starting my first cycle {at 42} of test.en and eq.for 10 weeks.My question is if my gaol is to look my best from june till the end of august when should I start first enjection?
What routine of lifting would someone who competes in grappling do to prepare for a competition ? On top of all the classes and sparrings, how many times a week should they lift?

I have become obsessed with hard boiled eggs I cant seem to get enough. I have eaten 10 in one sitting quite easily. My question is am I eating too much of them? Can this be dangerous for me ? I know excess of anything can be really bad but I know eggs are supposed to be quite good for you...
