    If your workout and diet is right. And your protein intakes are where they should be you should see very solid gains... I'd rather have a nice smooth upward curve than a steep one. Also, you have to take into account what elements that are being used within your cycle.

    RRRipped, The only thing you should be intaking right now is lots of healthy foods such as: chicken, beef, turkey, carbs, fats. Eating healthful, getting enough rest between workouts and getting the workouts in should be the calling of the day - not steroids - not at 16.
