Dont bother with the clen, bulk up for 1st cycle. Run it for 10 weeks. All you need is: 500mg sustanon once every week for 1 - 10 weeks. If you can throw in some: 30mg Dianabol ED for 1 - 5 weeks. Keep some Tamoxifen on hand incase you start getting gyno - unless you wanna a pair of titties...
