What would be the maximum amount I could lower my calories, from my maintenance, while I'm on a steroid cycle? Does the steroid id be using matter at all?

Test e 750mg deca 400mg per week anastrozale .5mg per day part iron mags part pharmacy. Also iron mag prami .25ml per day. Left nipple is sore (had lump in this on before) so I think I am going to up prami. Advice?

Are there specific foods that have a certain reaction in the body that might promote say testosterone or muscle synthesis or any kind of reaction in the body that can have a positive effect on health and performance ?
I eat them on the regular with meat and vegetable. But avocado and nuts i snack on for most of the day. Do you think my body is using fat as a energy source from this diet?
