I am currently 22 years old and I have been training for about 9 years. I got into lifting my freshman year of high school and I just never gave it up. My friend and I used to train together in his basement and I get the best workouts in that kind of "dungeony" setting where things aren't so well lit and not so "pretty". My favorite foods are steak, fish, and chicken and my favorite cheat meal is definitely ice cream!
