That all depends on your experience, and then the quality of the product. A be person should stick with 20-30mg. I know others that run around 60mg. Anything more than that and you need to be deep into this game.

Sometimes they can make you have an upset stomach if taken without food. If it does, take with a meal. Not a major difference.

I would make my own weight gainer. Milk is a good base. Oats. Peanut butter. Banana. And some protein powder if you want. You can make it as strong as you want with your ingredients and you know exactly what's in it.

Most people get cramps from pumps. Mk is know to increase water retention most notably in the hands. For pump style cramps I would suggest 2g taurine preworkout.
