Did you start at 2mg? If so that is your issue.
Starting dose is .25mg for 4 weeks then .5mg for 4 weeks and so on. Look up ozempic dosing. THere is a reason for how it os dosed.
You also don't need to increase if the dose is working for you.
With your stats I would suggest taking a couple years to build a base. You are very undersized for your height. You need to learn how to eat and train properly. You can take all the drugs you want but if theses items aren;t in check your just wasting money and your health.
