Today was a back off day kinda. Went 10 lbs lighter on my single squat and only did one set. Then went down...
It's plenty of protein. I am increasing my lifts while losing fat. If I was stagnant and not increasing on my lofts then I would change something. I am eating similar amounts of protein than Pigsy but I'm not a bodybuilder trying to gain mass so I need less than him for my goals.
Aprox 1700-1800 on non training days and 2000-2400 on training days. Protein at around 220 grams. Carbs under 100 on non training days and up to 200 on training days. Majority of fat from walnuts. In fact on non training days it's half the cals for the day.
I have been cutting for 10'weeks now on this cycle. Got another 3 weeks left of cycle and then will continue to cut while I lower dosages of everything and drop the Tren.

Had a great bench session today. Worked my way up to singles and busted out another new all time best...
If it was me I would go on 150mg test 150mg Masteron combined with 2iu hgh. Also would use Cialis daily. If you have a wife I would suggest u two shop around for a unicorn to spice things up.
