Seems as though my body found the floor from going to a cruise dose. Too bad I have to be in a sling for 3 weeks post surgery. That will be 3 weeks out of gym. As soon as the sling comes off I'm at least doing leg ext, leg curls, and leg press. I bet my legs end up getting super strong by summer...
