My needle exchange has a walk in once per week where you can get all bloods done etc. But as people have been saying above, Most people in the the UK don't even bother getting blood work done so not many places do this.

It all depends where in the UK your from, The needle exchange I go to do blood work for you. Your local GP will also be able to do this for you but will probably give you a hard time about using gear lol
