I'd say max would be 320 for a single? Not sure. This is a close stance version for me, by the way. Knees slightly bent and I push hips back. I feel it in lower back(70%)...
I'm 6'4/6'5 and while doing rep work I never touch my chest. My wrists still hurt slightly.

I feel that is too much volume for a natural. Perhaps you're a hard gainer and would grow from half the volume?
My workouts go something like either 5x5, a few triples(if maxing), or 3x8 for bench.
Then 3 sets of dumbells 3x8
A type of row done 4x6, 5x5, or other similar rep scheme.

Just curious, and why? I want to get stronger at pushing things above head. I did 185x5 very strict, but I know I could do so much more with a push press.

Really? Wow. That's pretty restrictive.
A few said they were doing it and it went fine. That sucks. Maybe I'm not ready for this and should just do a less restrictive keto diet.
