5’10’’ 168 pounds I’m looking atLGD4033 very hard my plan is 7.5mgsper day for 10 weeks, then upping it to 15mg a day for 5 more weeks this was thelayout recommended by my trainer for best results he said to run itthis way so your body doesn’t get used to it any thoughts?
