Interested in changing up my workout split
Right now I'm doing upper body and lower body and I'm alternating day by day: Monday I do upper body Tuesday I do lower body Then I take a rest day on Wednesday Then Thursday upper body Friday lower body and rinse and repeat I'm looking to change that up a little bit.
