Im an old guy, 52 to be exact. I have been working out since I was 20 with out much of a break during all those years. I found out in 2000 that my testosterone was high (For a woman). It measured 150 ng/DL on a blood test. I guess it has always been low and I didnt know it, that explains why I could work out very hard and get almost nothing back from it.
