Thank you for the input! Yes most of the ones at my gym are on Tren and to be honest that's what they say causes the majority of there problems like depression and aggression. If I did do anything I would just do some test, that's what I was thinking.
I'm 31 been training on and off all my life but seriously and with good knowledge for the past 7 years and go to one of the best gyms in my state with elite level powerlifters and strongman competitors that have competed at the Arnold.
My nutrition is also extremely on point right now I do...
From what I have heard and in my experience rep range of 3-5 seems to be better for adding strength and 8-12 seems to be better for adding size. I just alternate each week. One week I will do bodybuilding style then the next week powerlifting style and I have had great success doing this. Like...
When I first went on a cut I tried IF with amazing success then I actually ended up liking it so much that I do it as part of my everyday diet now. I am the kind of person that LOVES to eat so I find putting my eating window in a small time frame where I can eat a lot more helps prevent me from...
Ya i would say I spend about 300 a month on food I dont know how you spend 1200 a month that seems extremely high. I eat clean, but also buy everything in bulk. That being said 1200 still seems extremely high.
You should definitely look into a store like bjs or sams club where you can buy in bulk.
Thank you for the input I have recently decided instead of increasing calories im gonna just decrease the cardio because truthfully I really dont know why I was doing that much every day anyway. My current macro split it around 100f 500c 200 protien i was taking in such a high amount of carbs...
Hello all I have been lifting for about a year now. I have posted on these forums many times before but this is the first time I have actually stuck with it. I was the one that weighed 380lbs went down to 215 but then got into drinking and gained almost all the weight back but I have since put...
I do use wrist straps but I have never used a belt. I have heard from many people that it I should get one. i also think maybe I should switch my leg day to a day that I don't run. Either that, or cut down on the running for that day.
Would you say that a belt is necessary to make gains? I...
I am currently stuck on deadlifting 315 and to be honest it seems like not only am I stuck on it, but it's actually getting harder. I am on a caloric deficit because I am cutting right now. I am getting 2000 calories a day I am 6'4 200lbs and 26 years old.
I deadlift once a week usually do 5x5...
So I guess its safe to assume that its because of the repetitive motion that you get on a treadmill as opposed to when your outside and surface, and elevation changes and this is why I never experience this outside. I guess I better start switching up the routine, thank you for the input.
That definitely does help the situation. When I notice that my knee is starting I do put it on incline and that does help me last longer and like I stated I had this beat for a while, I am just wondering why all the sudden it is coming back. You are right though this is how i fixed the issue the...
A while back when I started running on the treadmill due to bad weather outside after a while maybe 6 miles I would notice my right knee started to feel tired. It doesn't hurt at all, or anything like that it just feels tired like its going to give out.
It stopped happening, I really don't...
Alright so as far as the sets go would you say I should switch to 4 sets of 10? You think the 8 sets of 10 is over doing it? I noticed you suggested 4 sets instead of 8.
