I looking forward to getting some good advice on this forum. I want to get myt with up to 250lb.by 2012 and I want this solid muscle gains before I hit 60!
I currently work in health care and I try to stay with a workout regimen, but at time it is difficult. I'm going to set aside 1 1/2 hr. to do my workout five days a week and hopefully I'll reach my goal!
