Started training at age 14 for rugby, by time I was 17 I went from 60kg to 81kg at roughly 7-8% bf. Stopped training at 17-18 due to shoulder injury. Been back training for 11months solid training, dieting and supplementation. Done a lot of reasearch last few months, started at 90kg at 24% bf and now currently 5'10, 101kg at 16% bf. Haven't used any steroids, hgh, sarms(peptides), pro hormones, basically natty as u can get.
