I've been eating paleo (mostly - still on dairy) for about two weeks now. My period is 5 days late (not pregnant). My period is never regular but it's usually only off by a day or two. As it stands I don't even have a hint of PMS symptoms yet.
Is this typical? Or at least, not unusual?
Would you say running long distance or lifting weight would be a better solution to losing weight ? If you had to choose one or the other which would you take ??

My gear has been sitting at home and I have noticed the color has changed. I have 3 identical vials and only one has changed color. Should I toss the one thats different colored ?
