need help with tirzepatide
the more I read on how to use tirzepatide the more I get confused lol I need some help on how to dose it. I’m 190lbs and 5’6’’ . 15% body fat. Would like to cut down around 15lbs should I start with 1mg or 2 mgs? And how long do I need to use it?- Pmazeuj
