Ok decided to finally crack these bad boys open yesterday and start on 2.5 mg mots c twice a week and epithalon 1mg / night. It might be early days but i swear im getting some benefits from the epithalon for my sleep. My dreams have definitely been pretty funky. Keen to see how this goes...
