Nice, if I wanna know good stuff, I would ask to all people over 40 cm arm size. I like the perspective of mushroom workout. I only drink water. I am too fragile and good food give so much mental effect but new vision and open mind.

Actually, I use an under armour training shoe for gym. Don’t need lifting shoes. I have another trail shoes for jogging, I think this is Colombia. Street running shoes saucony. If you always use same shoes, watch cost on amazon for your size. I don’t waste time with the right shoes, for example...
Anyway, find much better for arms look. I do one minute squat and then this for ten reps:
