Title says it all, this is my 3rd day and have not actually felt anything. Dose is 200mg/ed. I was thinking that I'll go with 200 rest of the week and up it to 400 next week. How long did it take for you pp to feel the effects? Thanks for answers in advance!

If it's water its just water! Water comes off when cycle ends, besides if I hold little water my workouts r better.
