    what would you suggest? I've used and tried different equipment over the last 20 years before and after military. but I've had this for a couple of months and loss 8 pounds I'm toning and building muscle faster then any other form of fitness training I've tried. and I look forward to using it...

    I know everyone here has a smith machine and other heavy equipment but I'll recommend to you the stretch and press portable gym. I use it 2 to 4 times a day and I'm losing weight and gaining crazy muscles. I'll post before and after pictures jan 1st. then every 6 months after.

    your right because now that I'm aware of my forearms being used and after the forearm curl motion I see them in all my exercises and feel the soreness.

    I don't have a lot of room at home so I've been using The stretch and press portable gym. It's doing it's job in keeping me in shape but how do I develop my forearms with it. Thanks in advance Over43
