I am currently being tested for Testosterone levels, so I am using 200mg week of Equipoise, and 200 mg of Tren E. The end of next week, I will back 200mg Test Cyp per week also. I am having good gains with just the Tren E and the EQ.

You may want to try HCG. If your boys are non-functional now, then HCG will likely not help. For me, the different is huge, with HCG I have better Testosterone numbers. I have been on TRT for almost 20 years, so I speak from personal experience.
