    best peptide to use for fat loss retatrutide vs. tirzepatide

    I’m looking to run a peptide for fat loss. Currently 280lbs and around 26% body fat. And I’m 33 years old. Should I go with retatrutide or tirzepatide? The reta dosage would be 1mg per week and the tirz would be 2mgs a week. Or would you recommend I run both?
