I'd hold off on adding the tren till after he checks your levels. You don't want them too high when he checks them, he might lower your dose.

I have been taking the gel for a few months now. I've talked to my dr about injections, but he refuses because he doesn't like the spike in levels. I'm still trying to convince him. Any suggestions?
