Hay all, need advice. I had a jab yesterday of 2ml of test 400 n 2ml of deca. I put the needle in my glute n aspirated, when i did this a brown liquid came out of my glute into the barrel. Im scared what is this brown liquid?

what do you do if you get an absess?

Yea i agree - i just put it in a cup of boiling water for 5 min. It helps a lot especially when your using test 400

Hi this is my first post. This is what i eat: 9.00 - porridge 12.00 - 3x chicken breasts & fruit 2.30 - tuna pasta 5.00 - protein drink 7.00 - 2x chicken breasts wiht veg 9.00 - 4x scrambled eggs Does this look ok? If not what would you do, i dont want to balloon - just put on good quality...
